Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, either end-to-end or for specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the software solutions meet client requirements, applying your knowledge of technologies and methodologies to support project goals, and overseeing the implementation of best practices in software development. You will engage in problem-solving activities and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and tools used within the team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance skills and capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite. - Strong understanding of integration patterns and best practices. - Experience with cloud-based application development and deployment. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
