Summary: As a Delivery Lead, you will manage the delivery of large and complex projects, ensuring that appropriate frameworks are utilized while collaborating with sponsors to effectively manage scope and risk. Your typical day will involve driving profitability and success by overseeing service quality and cost, measuring progress, and communicating updates to leadership within established time frames. Additionally, you will proactively support sales efforts through innovative solutions and a commitment to delivery excellence, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages team engagement and problem-solving. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate project meetings to ensure alignment among stakeholders and team members. - Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Governance Risk Compliance (GRC). - Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and compliance regulations. - Experience in project management methodologies and tools. - Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Governance Risk Compliance (GRC). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
