Summary: As a Business Architect, you will define opportunities to create tangible business value for the client by leading current state assessments and identifying high level customer requirements, defining the business solutions and structures needed to realize these opportunities, and developing business case to achieve the vision. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams - Lead the development of business architecture and process models - Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical requirements - Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to stakeholders Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Experience in business process modeling Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis - This position is based at our Hyderabad office - A 15 years full time education is required
