Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Genesys Developer with 6-8 years of experience in designing, developing, and supporting contact center solutions using Genesys Cloud primary and added advantage if they have Genesys Engage (on-premises) and platforms. Experience with cloud migration is a strong plus, as the role will involve not only developing but also assisting in strategic cloud migration projects. Responsibilities: 1.Genesys Engage Development & Support: Design, configure, and maintain Genesys Engage on-premises solutions, including integration with various channels (voice, email, chat, social media). Develop and maintain IVR, routing, and scripting solutions using Genesys Composer, and other Engage tools. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with Genesys Engage, ensuring optimal system performance, stability, and user experience. Customize and optimize routing workflows based on business needs and user requirements. 2.Genesys Cloud Development & Integration: Develop call flows, routing strategies, and integrations in Genesys Cloud using Architect, integrations, and APIs. Configure and optimize Genesys Cloud for enhanced customer experience across channels. Implement enhancements and optimize Genesys Cloud configurations for better performance and alignment with organizational goals. 3.Cloud Migration: Contribute to planning and executing migrations from Genesys Engage (on-premises) to Genesys Cloud. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth data transfer, minimize downtime, and manage any technical challenges that arise during migration. Customize Genesys Cloud features to replicate or improve upon existing on-prem functionality. 4.API & Integration Management: Develop, test, and implement API-based integrations to connect Genesys solutions with third-party applications (e.g., CRM, databases, reporting tools). Utilize RESTful and SOAP APIs, Web Services, and Genesys SDKs to enhance capabilities and integrations with other systems. 5.Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and contact center teams to gather requirements and provide expert input for Genesys-based solutions. 6.Participate in regular meetings with business leaders to review performance metrics and propose improvements. Technical Skills: 1.Proficiency in Genesys Cloud Architect. 2.Strong knowledge of Genesys APIs (both Engage and Cloud) for integrations. 3.Experience with Java script and web service protocols (REST/SOAP). 4.AWS Services (Lambda), Node.Js, Javascript 5.Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and cloud-specific best practices. 6.Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with system logs, monitoring tools, and network debugging. 7.Genesys Certification (Genesys Cloud Certified Associate, Genesys Engage certifications) is a plus.
