Summary:

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and clarify application requirements.
- Assist in documenting and validating business processes to ensure alignment with software design.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on project tasks.
- Continuously evaluate and improve application configurations to enhance performance and usability.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Experience with software development lifecycle and application design principles.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with tools and techniques for documenting and managing requirements.
- Problem-solving skills to identify issues and propose practical solutions within software projects.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
