We require an experienced Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant with strong SAP on-premise payroll expertise to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of conducting requirements gathering workshops and designing solutions for customers with complex, integrated landscapes. Key responsibilities: 1. Create a pre-workshop questionnaire to help gather key customer information that would be relevant to the subsequent design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and ECP payroll. The questionnaire must provide specific topic content relevant to replacing ECC with ECP, in addition to more generic SAP Payroll topics. Work with country SMEs to understand and drive topics relating to country-specifics. 2. Review customer questionnaire answers in advance of workshops and recommend any changes to the workshop schedule and durations due to those answers. Attend workshops to review and discuss the questionnaire responses and document 3. Lead and facilitate requirements gathering workshops with stakeholders to capture payroll processes, integration needs, and business objectives. Analyse and document complex payroll requirements, including statutory, company-specific, and global payroll processes. Provide expert guidance on the integration of Employee Central Payroll with SAP on-premise systems and third-party solutions. 4. Discuss topics relating to the decommissioning of the ECC system. Conduct gap analysis between ECC and Employee Central/ECP, providing suggested solutions to meet business requirements – supported by accessing client’s QA system. 5. Discuss and analyze existing payroll processes in SAP ECC and map them to ECP for an efficient transition. Review Customizations and Integrations. Contribute to findings documentation including future state, project approach and project plan. Essential Skills & Qualifications: 1.Extensive experience with SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and SAP on-premise Payroll solutions. 2. Strong understanding of payroll processes, including complex tax, benefits, and compliance requirements. 3. Proven ability to lead workshops and gather detailed business requirements from stakeholders. 4. Minimum 15 years of full-time education. Additional Information: 1. SAP SuccessFactors Certification in Employee Central Payroll or other SAP certifications. 2. Experience with large-scale payroll transformation projects. 3. Knowledge of global payroll regulations and compliance requirements. 4. Familiarity with SAP integration tools such as CPI and PI/PO.
