Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and translating them into functional design solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead design discussions and provide innovative solutions - Conduct regular code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle PeopleSoft Asset Management, Oracle PeopleSoft Payables, Oracle Procure to Pay - Strong understanding of database management and SQL queries - Experience in system integration and data migration - Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Oracle PeopleSoft Asset Management. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A Bachelors degree in relevant stream is required.
