Summary: As a Technology Delivery Lead you will analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather, and synthesize information. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Requirements management, Banking knowledge, Stakeholder Management, Communication skills, Agile Scrum, Leaderhip, Coaching - Trade Finance knowledge, BDD - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Develop detailed business requirements and user stories. - Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather requirements. - Create process flow diagrams and business process models. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis, Agile Project Management, Scrum. - Strong understanding of business process modeling. - Experience in conducting gap analysis and impact assessments. - Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. - Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 13 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
