Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your day will involve overseeing the application development process and ensuring seamless communication among team members. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications - Act as the primary point of contact for application-related queries - Ensure seamless communication among team members - Provide guidance and support to team members Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Operations, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager - Strong understanding of IT service management processes - Experience in application development and deployment - Knowledge of cloud-based technologies and services - Excellent communication and leadership skills Key Responsibilities: Intune - Technical Skills: - Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Intune and related technologies. - Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate preferred. - Proficient in configuring and managing Intune policies and profiles. - Strong understanding of mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM). - Experience with Windows Autopilot, Conditional Access, and Azure Active Directory. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve Intune-related issues. - Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell for automation. - Experience in integrating Intune with third-party applications for enhanced functionality and reporting. - Familiarity with Intune's role in managing and securing iOS, Android, and Windows devices. - Understanding of Intune's compliance policies and how to apply them to enforce organizational security standards. - Expertise in deploying and managing configuration profiles and compliance policies through Intune. MECM - Technical Skills: - Provide expert-level support for MECM-related issues, troubleshooting and resolving complex problems. - Maintain comprehensive documentation of MECM configurations, processes, and procedures. - Train IT staff and end-users on MECM functionalities and best practices. - Proficiency in MECM/SCCM, Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking concepts. - Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Batch, and VBScript for task automation and process improvement. - Understanding of cybersecurity principles, endpoint protection strategies, and threat management techniques. - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex issues. - Able to design and implement MECM infrastructure to meet the organization’s endpoint management needs. - Develop configurations, baselines, and compliance settings for the deployment of software and OS updates. - Create and maintain automated deployment scripts and processes for software and operating system installations Scope of Work: - Manage the deployment of applications, software updates, and patches to ensure systems are up-to-date and secure. - Oversee the deployment of operating systems across various devices, ensuring compatibility and performance. - Monitor and manage endpoints, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and security standards. - Implement and enforce security policies and compliance settings to protect organizational data. - Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies. - Identify and mitigate security threats through proactive monitoring and incident response. Accountability & Metrics - Accountable for end to end incident management process. - Accountable for end to end process compliance and adherence within the assigned functions. - Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of Intune and MECM deployments and management activities. Management Experience: - Proven ability to lead and manage technical teams, providing guidance, support, and mentorship. - Experience in strategic planning and execution of endpoint management initiatives, aligning with overall business goals. - Strong skills in engaging and collaborating with stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. - Proficiency in managing change within IT environments, including the adoption of new technologies and processes. Non-Technical Requirements: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. - Ability to adapt to changing technologies and environments quickly. - Experience in project management and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. - Dedication to providing excellent customer service and maintaining positive client relationships. - Passion for customers, learning, having proven ability to be client focused, results-focused, proactive, collaborative, and confident under pressure. - Strong time and priority management skills. - Communicates accurately and sensitively with team members and clients alike. Being aware of how all other people may be impacted by what and how the message is conveyed. - Empathetically listens to both verbal and non-verbal cues (e.g., asks questions to check for understanding, pays attention to body language) in order to better understand that person’s (client, team member, etc.) emotions or feelings. - Customer-oriented and cool-tempered. - Capable of thriving in a structured and process orientated environment, but you enjoy change and can adapt. - ITIL experience is beneficial. - Passionate about impeccable service delivery and a have a proactive and collaborative approach to clients / customers. - Excited by the impact technology can have. - Motivated, results-focused and committed to excellence. - Is willing to knowledge share and cross-skill across skill groups and with Operations. - Acts as a mentor across the Global Operations team in areas of specialist knowledge. - Commitment to staying current with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in endpoint management. Preferred Certifications: - MD-102: Endpoint Administrator - ITIL Foundation Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Service Operations - This position is based at our Pune office - A 15 years full-time education is required
