Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and translating them into functional design solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead design discussions and provide innovative solutions - Conduct regular reviews to ensure project alignment with business goals Professional & Technical Skills: -- Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Prism Analytics, Workday Reporting Mandatory Skill Related certification -Experience in building PDS, DDS and complex reports within Workday. -Strong understanding of Workday data sources and reporting frameworks (Workday Report Writer, Composite Reports, Worksheets, etc.) Experience building reports and analytics in Workday, including use of Prism Analytics Experience with Workday Report Writer, Composite Reports and Discovery Boards Familiarity with data modelling concepts and transforming large datasets for analysis Experience in at least one end-to-end Workday implementation or Prism Analytics deployment Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Workday Prism Analytics - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A Mandatory Skill Related certification is required
