Project Role Description : Lead a team of engineers that develop technical engineering solutions to solve problems and achieve business objectives. Ensure teams are delivering engineering solutions on time, at the right quality and cost. Work across engineering specializations; including manufacturing, electrical or mechanical engineering, structural and stress design, qualification, configuration, and technical management. Assemble resources to deliver engineering or construction projects.

Summary: As an Engineering Services Lead, you will oversee a dynamic team of engineers dedicated to crafting innovative technical solutions that address complex challenges and align with business goals. Your typical day will involve coordinating project timelines, ensuring quality standards are met, and facilitating collaboration across various engineering disciplines, including manufacturing, electrical, and mechanical engineering. You will play a pivotal role in resource assembly and project delivery, ensuring that all engineering solutions are executed efficiently and effectively, contributing to the overall success of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure timely delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Internet of Things (IoT) Platforms. - Strong understanding of system integration and interoperability within IoT ecosystems. - Experience with cloud computing platforms and services relevant to IoT. - Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools to interpret IoT data effectively. - Knowledge of security protocols and best practices in IoT implementations. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Internet of Things (IoT) Platforms. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
