, Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your day will involve applying your expertise in various technologies and methodologies to support clients and projects, ensuring that the software solutions meet the required standards and specifications. You will collaborate with team members to drive project success and facilitate effective communication across different departments, contributing to a dynamic and innovative work environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Facilitate regular team meetings to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Quality Management (QM). - Strong understanding of production planning processes and methodologies. - Experience in configuring and customizing SAP modules related to production planning. - Ability to analyze and optimize production workflows for efficiency. - Familiarity with integration of SAP PP with other SAP modules. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries. - This position is based at our Noida office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
