Summary: As an Architecture Assessment Practitioner, you will engage in the execution of architecture assessments across various dimensions, including infrastructure, platform, application, data, and process. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to identify weaknesses and opportunities within existing architectures, contributing to discovery assessments, and supporting the Lead in formulating actionable recommendations to enhance overall system performance and efficiency. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the architecture aligns with organizational goals and industry best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform. - Strong understanding of data architecture principles and best practices. - Experience with cloud-based data solutions and analytics platforms. - Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights. - Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
