Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your day will involve overseeing the application development process and ensuring seamless communication among team members. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the application development team in designing and implementing solutions. - Provide guidance and expertise on SAP FI CO Finance functionalities. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. - Strong understanding of financial accounting principles. - Knowledge of SAP FI CO integration with other modules. - Experience in configuring SAP FI CO modules. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve SAP FI CO related issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in SAP FI CO Finance. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
