Project Role Description : Own the integrity and governance of systems, including best practices for delivering services. Develop, deploy and support infrastructures, applications and technology initiatives from an architectural and operational perspective in conjunction with existing standards and methods of delivery.

Summary: As a Technology OpS Support Practitioner, you will own the integrity and governance of systems, develop, deploy, and support infrastructures, applications, and technology initiatives. You will work in conjunction with existing standards and methods of delivery to ensure best practices for delivering services. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures - Implement network infrastructure changes as per business requirements - Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures - Strong understanding of network protocols and technologies - Experience with network monitoring tools such as Wireshark - Knowledge of network security principles and best practices - Hands-on experience with configuring routers, switches, and firewalls Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Network Infrastructures - This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office - A 15 years full-time education is required
