Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand and clarify business needs. You will participate in the design process to create tailored software solutions that align with organizational goals. Your role includes analyzing requirements, contributing to application architecture, and ensuring that the developed software supports efficient business processes. You will engage in continuous communication with various teams to ensure alignment and smooth progress throughout the project lifecycle, fostering an environment of innovation and problem-solving.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP UI5 Development.
- Experience in designing and implementing user interfaces that are responsive and user-friendly.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 as they relate to SAP UI5 framework.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently within the SAP UI5 environment.
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori design principles and best practices for application development.
- Experience in integrating SAP UI5 applications with backend services and APIs.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP UI5 Development.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
