Project Role : Business and Integration Architect
Project Role Description : Designs the integration strategy endpoints and data flow to align technology with business strategy and goals. Understands the entire project life-cycle, including requirements analysis, coding, testing, deployment, and operations to ensure successful integration.

Summary: As a Business and Integration Architect, you will design the integration strategy endpoints and data flow to align technology with business strategy and goals. You will understand the entire project life-cycle, including requirements analysis, coding, testing, deployment, and operations to ensure successful integration. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME in Insurance Industry, collaborate and lead a large team of business analysts to deliver enterprise solutions - Engage with multiple stakeholders from onshore/offshore and contribute on key decisions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, multiple stakeholders to gather and analyze user requirements, writing user stories, reviewing user stories, getting sign off from key stakeholders - Must have prior experience in creating functional & technical documents, Use Cases, User Stories, mock-ups, test cases and high and low-level design documents - Must have prior experience in eliciting requirements from business users by way of workshops, brainstorming sessions, meetings - Closely work with the development & business team to ensure that client needs are met - Conduct daily scrums & coordinate, assign & escalate tasks - Contribute to the continuous improvement of software development processes and best practices. - Willingness to travel and work at various customer sites across the globe Professional & Technical Skills: - Strong domain knowledge of Insurance - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency and experience in Personal Insurance Industry in P&C (Motor), Life, Claims, Accountancy, Portfolio Management - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English - Previous experience in RGI Core Insurance Platform will be an added advantage - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Basic technical knowledge (e.g. different integration patterns, concepts of class, method, etc.) are a nice to have - Previous experience in migrations are nice to have - Knowledge of database management systems and SQL – nice to have. - Has to be goal oriented Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Personal Insurance domain. - A 15 years full time education is required.
