Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will oversee the application development process and ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design and development of applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for the application development team. - Provide guidance and mentorship to team members. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope. - Ensure timely delivery of high-quality applications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Neotys Neoload. - Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies. - Experience in load testing and performance monitoring. - Knowledge of scripting languages for test automation. - Hands-on experience in analyzing performance test results. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Neotys Neoload. - This position is based at our Jaipur office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
