As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will oversee the development process and ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the application development process - Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements - Ensure timely delivery of projects Professional & Technical Skills: - Must to Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Control Services, Program Project Management - Strong understanding of project management methodologies - Experience in leading application development projects - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Program Control Services. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
