Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will oversee the development process and ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the application development team in designing and building applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. - Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PySpark. - Strong understanding of big data processing and analysis. - Experience with distributed computing frameworks. - Hands-on experience in building scalable data pipelines. - Knowledge of cloud platforms for data processing. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in PySpark. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
