You will also develop a business case to realize these opportunities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the development of innovative business strategies. - Conduct in-depth market research and analysis. - Implement process improvements to enhance business operations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Sales Enablement. - Strong understanding of business process architecture. - Experience in developing business solutions. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to analyze complex business problems. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with business process optimization. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Sales Enablement. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
