Summary: As a Network Operations Representative, you will configure, integrate, and manage the life cycle of telecommunication network elements and associated configuration across Fulfillment and Assurance. Manage back office system data records. Support customer activations and configuration adjustments. Be actively involved in team discussions and contribute to providing solutions to work-related problems. Roles & Responsibilities: Network Implementation Cisco routers, switches, Cisco Wireless and DNAC, Cisco ISE, Nexus, SolarWinds, and Versa SD-WAN 3 plus Years of experience. Prepped and researched proposed changes to customer's network before implementation. Tested new network setups in a Lab environment before migrating to production network. Planned and scheduled with Project Managers date of proposed change before implementation. Managed and implemented network migrations (routers, switches, Wireless controllers and DNAC, Cisco ISE, Nexus, SolarWinds, Versa SD-WAN, data center) Researched on new design and implementation to solve current and future issues in enterprise network. Consulted with external customers to provide network solutions for different network projects. Worked closely with customer's assigned project managers to meet the expected deadlines on projects. Professional & Technical Skills: (1). Good Knowledge in Cisco Enterprise Network Products Switches: Cisco Catalyst 4500-X Series Distribution Switches Cisco Catalyst 4500E Series Modular Access Switches Cisco Catalyst 3850 Series Stackable Access Switches Cisco Catalyst 3750-X Series Switches Datacenter Switches: Nexus 7000 Series/5000 Series Routers: Cisco 3900 Series Integrated Services Router ASR 1000 Series Aggregation Services Router ASR 9000 /ASR 1000 Series Routers Cisco 7600 Series Routers Cisco XR 12000/12000 Series Router ASR 903 Series Aggregation Router (2) Good Knowledge in Cisco Wireless and DNAC. (3) Good Knowledge in Cisco ISE. (4) Good Knowledge in SolarWinds, and Versa SD-WAN. (5) Good Knowledge in Nexus Switches Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Network Infrastructures. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
