Project Role : Program/Project Management Lead
Project Role Description : Manage overall delivery of a program or project to achieve business outcomes. Define project scope and monitor execution of deliverables. Communicate across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, issues and outcomes.

Summary for L10: Provide PM support to Enterprise Network initiatives, including but not limited to Life Cycle Management, SEW LCM, and SDWAN, some of the tasks included are: - Create reports & track project activities in Smartsheet or any tool used to track progress - Provide feedback to the team and follow up on action items - Coordinate field site visits for vendors, carriers and/or TSRs - Identify issues and escalate to other teams as needed - Manage work orders, and work with the field team to schedule the work - Validate hardware orders when needed, and ensure inventory is available - Validate completions Project Management Skills – at least 3-5 years of experience Technical Writing Skills Ability to manage multiple tasks, complex projects, and short deadlines. Reporting capabilities Agile principles. Communication skills. It Network basic knowledge Must Have: SMax, Smartsheet, PowerBI, Sharepoint, MS Office products
