Automation lead: Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in automating processes using Power Apps, Power Automate, PowerShell scripting, Logic Apps, RPA, Azure Automation, and Azure Functions. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining automation solutions to improve efficiency and productivity across various business processes. Key Responsibilities: • Design and Develop Automation Solutions: Create and implement automation workflows using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Logic Apps, RPA • PowerShell Scripting: Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate routine tasks and integrate with other systems. • Azure Automation: Utilize Azure Automation to manage and automate cloud-based tasks and processes. • Azure Functions: Develop serverless functions to handle event-driven tasks and integrate with other Azure services. • Process Analysis: Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and design effective solutions. • Testing and Debugging: Test and debug automation solutions to ensure they function correctly and efficiently. • Documentation: Document automation processes, workflows, and scripts for future reference and training purposes. • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure automation solutions meet business needs. • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest automation technologies and best practices to continuously improve automation processes. Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in automation engineering or a related role. • Technical Skills: o Proficiency in Power Apps and Power Automate. o Strong PowerShell scripting skills. o Experience with Logic Apps and Azure Automation. o Knowledge of Azure Functions and serverless computing. o Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. • Soft Skills: o Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. o Strong communication and collaboration abilities. o Ability to work independently and as part of a team. o Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
