Summary: As a Finance Commercial Lead, you will oversee commercial relationships with a client to optimize financial and business operations results and deliver client value. Work closely with business leads to drive financial performance, understand and mitigate business risks, manage investments and accountability, and provide guidance to the team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and Advisory skills. - Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems. - Lead financial strategy development for commercial projects. - Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance. - Develop and implement financial policies and procedures. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Financial Accounting Core, Workday Core HCM. - Strong understanding of financial accounting principles. - Experience in financial analysis and reporting. - Knowledge of financial systems and tools. - Ability to interpret and communicate financial data effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 18 years of experience in Workday Financial Accounting Core. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A S and C Lead with experience in delivering finance projects is required.
