Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will collaborate with teams to ensure successful project delivery and application functionality. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Develop and implement Workday Advanced Reporting solutions. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze reporting requirements. - Create and maintain technical documentation for reporting solutions. - Provide training and support to end-users on reporting functionalities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Advanced Reporting. - Strong understanding of data analysis and reporting techniques. - Experience with Workday report writing and data visualization tools. - Hands-on experience in creating complex Workday reports. - Knowledge of Workday security and data governance best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Workday Advanced Reporting. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A mandatory to have Workday Related certification and 15 years full-time education is required.
