Summary: As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will lead business and technology outcomes for assigned program, project, or contracted service. You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Your day will involve overseeing project progress, ensuring quality deliverables, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead and direct project teams towards successful project completion. - Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. - Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. - Experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
