Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will oversee the application development process and ensure successful implementation. Primary Roles & Responsibilities (This role is ONLY for Windows Imaging Skill) - Creating, customizing, and deploying operating system images using SCCM for various computer models within the organization. - Developing and maintaining SCCM task sequences for automated and consistent image deployment across different departments and teams. - Troubleshooting and optimizing task sequences to enhance deployment efficiency. - Packaging and distributing software applications through SCCM, ensuring proper configuration and adherence to organizational standards. - Managing software deployment in coordination with the application packaging team. - Implementing and managing software updates and patches through SCCM, ensuring systems are up to date with the latest security and feature updates. - Configuring and maintaining endpoint settings using SCCM, including hardware inventory, software inventory, and compliance settings. - Providing technical support for SCCM-related issues, diagnosing, and resolving problems related to image deployment, software distribution. - Collaborating with the end-users to address and resolve reported issues promptly. - Maintaining comprehensive documentation for SCCM configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. - Manage the regular creation of offline media and boot media on a quarterly release to ensure the availability of up-to-date and reliable resources for SCCM imaging processes. Additionally, actively participated in store flip activities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager - Strong understanding of application development processes - Experience in leading application design and configuration - Knowledge of software development lifecycle - Hands-on experience in application deployment Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full-time education is required
