Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will develop and configure software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support a client, project, or entity. You will lead a team of developers and oversee the software development process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Excellent technical capabilities in the technologies mentioned below - In depth knowledge of the Java language (up to version 17 incl.), greater than 5 years of experience - Experience in web development of complex systems greater than 4 years - Exp in Java-specific best practices and patterns - Experience with multithreading - Strong experience in Spring and Spring Boot - Knowledge of Apache Kafka and Kafka streams - Knowledge of frameworks for unit and integration testing - Experience with Java profilers, memory dump and stacktrace analysis is a plus - Understanding of system design and architecture principles - Experience with multiservice architecture Professional & Technical Skills: - Knowledge of Apache Kafka and Kafka streams - Knowledge of frameworks for unit and integration testing - Experience with Java profilers, memory dump and stacktrace analysis is a plus - Understanding of system design and architecture principles - Experience with multiservice architecture is a plus - Experience with designing and maintaining high-load systems is a plus - Knowledge of REST interface design - Experience with Relational Databases - Knowledge of SQL, Java Scripting Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Spring Boot - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full-time education is required
