Summary: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will collaborate with teams to ensure successful project delivery and contribute to key decisions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead and mentor junior professionals - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices - Conduct regular knowledge sharing sessions within the team Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM, Mandatory to have Workday Related certification - Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows - Experience in Workday integrations and custom report development - Knowledge of Workday security and data privacy standards - Hands-on experience in Workday configuration and implementation Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday Core HCM - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A mandatory Workday Related certification is required
