Your day will involve overseeing the application development process, collaborating with team members, and ensuring project success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications. - Provide technical guidance and support to team members. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project alignment. - Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance application performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Contact Center Operations. - Strong understanding of cloud technologies and contact center operations. - Experience in leading application development projects. - Knowledge of software development lifecycle and methodologies. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud-based contact center platforms. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Cloud Contact Center Operations. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
