Project Role : Solution Enablement Practitioner
Project Role Description : Support the Solution Architect providing solution design and solution approval process. When required, provide costing, response development and operations support.

Summary: As a Solution Enablement Practitioner, you will support the Solution Architect providing solution design and solution approval process. When required, provide costing, response development, and operations support. Be actively involved in solution enablement activities and contribute to the overall success of the project. Roles & Responsibilities: -? Strong understanding of architecture and design principles: This includes knowledge of design patterns, best practices, and industry standards. ? Experience with web applications, mobile applications, enterprise applications, and data systems. ? Understanding of different deployment models such as on-premise, hybrid, and cloud. ? Knowledge of agile methodologies. ? Familiarity with object-oriented architecture, middleware, cloud technologies, database. ? Expert at understanding business requirements and translating them into technical specifications. ? Strong stakeholder management skills to be able to understand the needs and expectations of different stakeholders and align solutions accordingly. ? Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to evaluate the trade-offs between different solutions. ? Strong negotiation skills to be able to navigate conflicting demands and priorities. ? Strong adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies. ? Strong communication skill is must. ? Must have a Pega Certified Business Architect(PCBA) certification or must get PCBA certified within 4-6 weeks post joining the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Pega Platform. - Strong understanding of business process management. - Experience in solution design and development. - Knowledge of Pega rules and case management. - Hands-on experience in Pega implementation and customization. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Pega Platform. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
