Project Role Description : Assist with end-to-end engineering services to develop technical engineering solutions to solve problems and achieve business objectives. Solve engineering problems and achieve business objectives using scientific, socio-economic, technical knowledge and practical experience. Work across structural and stress design, qualification, configuration and technical management.

Job Title: Radio Engineer (CL-11) Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Radio Engineer with expertise in RAN (Radio Access Network). This role involves comprehensive network and configuration management, including monitoring, change management and routine maintenance. Key Responsibilities: • Verify prerequisites for network operations. • Calculate and declare neighborhood configurations for 2G/3G/4G networks. • Check and modify network settings as needed. • Monitor and verify alarms, and control OMC HW/ERC. • Perform site de-locking and verify QoS • Validate QoS by ensuring KPIs meet desired thresholds; investigate when KPIs are not met. • Analyze 2G/3G/4G radio KPIs for performance optimization. • Interface with clients. • Responsible for Config Audit and maintain single source of truth. • To operate in compliance with the processes, methods and tools linked to the job. Essential Knowledge: • Good understanding of 2G/3G/4G/5G networks, including architecture, access methods, and frequency bands. • Knowledge on Ericsson and/or Huawei 2G/3G/4G/5G OMCs. Will be added advantage • Advanced Excel skills. • Basic configuration knowledge for RAN networks. Routine Tasks: • Conduct regular system and network inspections. • Perform scheduled configuration activities. • Monitor RAN network performance and health. • Respond to and manage network alerts. • Document and manage changes to network configurations. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum of 1 years of experience in RAN operations or a similar role. • Proficiency in using network management tools and software. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. • Willingness to work in shifts and handle on-call duties as required.
