Summary: As an Application Developer, you will be involved in designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will revolve around creating innovative solutions to address various business needs and ensuring seamless application functionality. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the team in implementing agile methodologies for efficient project delivery - Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance application development processes Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Scrum - Strong understanding of agile principles and methodologies - Experience in implementing Scrum practices in software development projects - Knowledge of project management tools like Jira and Trello - Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Scrum - This position is based at our Hyderabad office - A 15 years full-time education is required
