Your day will involve overseeing the application development process and ensuring seamless communication among team members and stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the application development process effectively - Ensure timely delivery of projects - Mentor junior team members for their professional growth Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle SCM Transportation Management - Strong understanding of supply chain management processes - Experience in implementing Oracle SCM Transportation Management solutions - Knowledge of integration with other Oracle modules - Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing Oracle SCM Transportation Management - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle SCM Transportation Management - This position is based at our Coimbatore office - A 15 years full-time education is required
