Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your day will involve overseeing the application development process and ensuring project success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams - Lead the team in implementing best practices for application development - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members - Ensure timely delivery of high-quality applications Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle SOA OSB - Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Middleware technologies - Experience in designing and implementing SOA and OSB solutions - Knowledge of web services standards and protocols - Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and performance tuning of Oracle SOA OSB applications Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Oracle SOA OSB - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full-time education is required
