Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your day will involve overseeing the application development process and ensuring seamless communication among team members and stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams - Lead the application development process effectively - Ensure timely delivery of high-quality applications - Provide guidance and mentorship to team members Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OpenText Documentum - Strong understanding of application development lifecycle - Experience in leading and managing application development projects - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in OpenText Documentum - This position is based at our Hyderabad office - A 15 years full-time education is required
