Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the application development process effectively - Ensure seamless communication within the team and stakeholders Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Warehouse Management Solutions, Manhattan Warehouse Solutions Technical, IBM Sterling B2B Integrator - Good To Have Skills: Experience with IBM Sterling Commerce - Strong understanding of warehouse management solutions - Knowledge of Manhattan Warehouse Solutions Technical - Expertise in IBM Sterling B2B Integrator - Familiarity with IBM Sterling Commerce Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Warehouse Management Solutions - This position is based at our Chennai office - A 15 years full-time education is required
