Summary: As a Technology Consulting Practitioner, you will engage in advising and leading high-impact activities throughout the systems development lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that IT functions align with business objectives, while also providing strategic insights to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. You will be instrumental in guiding teams through complex challenges, ensuring that solutions are not only innovative but also practical and sustainable. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Develop and present comprehensive reports and recommendations based on analysis and findings. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Retail. - Strong understanding of retail business processes and how they integrate with SAP solutions. - Experience in system implementation and project management methodologies. - Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve business performance. - Familiarity with change management practices to support user adoption of new systems. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SAP for Retail. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
