Your day will involve overseeing the application development process, collaborating with teams, and making key decisions to ensure project success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams - Lead the application design and development process - Ensure timely delivery of project milestones - Provide technical guidance and support to team members Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Oil & Gas Joint Venture Accounting - Strong understanding of SAP modules and integration - Experience in leading application development projects - Knowledge of industry best practices in application design and configuration Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP for Oil & Gas Joint Venture Accounting - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full-time education is required
