Key Responsibilities 1 Should have worked on atleast anyone of these OpenText Tools: CCM OpenText Exstream 16.X+, Streamserve 5.X+ and HP Exstream 7.X+ 2 Should have extensive knowledge and experience in designing and defining Communication Builder, Control Center, Designer, Describer, Workshop, Post Processing, Document Broker, Supervisor, Story Teller, Java, J2EE, XML, HTML and other Design Patterns etc. 3 Proficient in: Estimate requirements, Conclude Designing and Testing and Understand Architecture of OpenText Systems and deliver the requirements as per Timelines Technical Experience 1 Experience in any OpenText Tools such as OpenText Exstream (StreamServe or HP Exstream component), StreamServe or HP Exstream is required 2 Experience in Integrating OpenText modules with SAP and Third Party tools such as Reporting, Enterprise Search is added advantage 3 Experience or knowledge of xECM and Archiving components is added advantage 4 Certifications in any OpenText Tools is added advantage 5 Experience or knowledge in SAP ABAP is added advantage 6 Experience in Designing and managing the Inbound and Outbound documents in OpenText as a part of Document Lifecycle process 7 Should have understanding and worked on different Delivery channels of the documents like Email, Mail, SMS or Archive Professional Attributes a Good analytical and communication skills b Flexible and ability  to work under pressure c Good Analytical skill and presentation skill d Decision making ability e Should be ready to work in rotational shifts if required f Should have team lead qualities and be able to manage and work as a team g Should understand responsibilities of Development as well as Support level projects
