Project Role Description : Analyze, design, code and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Perform maintenance, enhancements and/or development work.

Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. You will perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work. Your typical day will involve analyzing requirements, designing software solutions, writing code, and conducting testing to ensure the quality of the application. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to key decisions, ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members. - Participate in design and architecture discussions. - Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs. - Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Apache Spark, PySpark, Python (Programming Language). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with data processing frameworks like Hadoop, knowledge of SQL. - Strong understanding of distributed computing principles. - Experience with data streaming frameworks like Kafka. - Hands-on experience with data analysis and manipulation using Spark. - Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and libraries. - Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Apache Spark. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
