Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, applying knowledge of technologies, methodologies, and tools to support clients or projects. You will lead the software development process from end-to-end or for specific product lifecycle stages. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Lead and manage the software development team effectively. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope. - Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM Time Management. - Strong understanding of SAP HCM modules and functionalities. - Experience in configuring and customizing SAP HCM Time Management. - Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules like Payroll and Personnel Administration. - Hands-on experience in SAP ABAP programming for customization and enhancements. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP HCM Time Management. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
