Project Role Description : Support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement.

Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will ensure smooth functioning of the systems and contribute to the overall success of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Ensure smooth functioning of production systems and services. - Manage delivery of services based on operational requirements and service agreement. - Identify and resolve operational issues. - Implement improvements to enhance system performance and reliability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM). - Strong understanding of system operations and maintenance. - Experience in managing production systems and services. - Knowledge of operational requirements and service agreements. - Experience with incident management and problem resolution. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM). - This position is based at our Ahmedabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
