Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will collaborate with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. A typical day in this role involves analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing application features, and troubleshooting issues to ensure smooth application functionality. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Design and implement application features - Analyze business requirements - Troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth application functionality Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Siebel Configuration - Strong understanding of software engineering principles - Experience in designing and developing applications - Knowledge of database management systems - Familiarity with programming languages such as Java or C++ Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Siebel Configuration - This position is based in Pune - A 15 years full-time education is required
