Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Good to have skills : DevOps, AWS Administration, No Function Specialty

Summary: The Cloud Platforms, AWS Admin will oversee creating and maintaining automated infrastructure for our cloud platforms. Terraform is used to provision, configure, and monitor cloud resources. The ideal candidate will possess experience with the AWS cloud services like (AWS Compute, Storage, Backup, Networking, Containers, Cloud Formation). Roles & Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Cloud Architecture, Operation teams, and Business Owners to ensure smooth deployment and operation of systems. - Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using tools like AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, or similar solutions. - Automate the provisioning, deployment, and management of AWS resources, reducing manual intervention and improving efficiency. - Monitor and optimize AWS resource utilization, identifying bottlenecks and implementing cost-saving measures. - Ensure high availability and disaster recovery by implementing appropriate redundancy and backup strategies. - Collaborate with development teams to understand their requirements and provide guidance on AWS best practices. - Document and maintain comprehensive cloud architecture diagrams and documentation. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AWS-related issues. - Build and maintain DevOps tools for deployment, Testing and operations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Experience in Infrastructure as Code practices, with hands-on experience using AWS CloudFormation or Terraform. - vProficient in translating designs into fully developed Terraform code. Strong knowledge of AWS Cloud platform services & AWS certification is preferred. - Solid understanding of AWS cloud Compute, Storage, networking concepts, load balancing, firewalls, and cloud security. - Experience in enterprise-scale environments, building highly available IaaS and PaaS solutions. - Understanding of AWS landing zones, cloud-native security, monitoring and logging tools, and Well-Architected Framework principals. - Experience with containers related technologies and CICD tools - Azure DevOps - Strong understanding of networking concepts, security best practices, and cloud architecture design. - Experience in Cloud logging, monitoring, and Reporting tools - Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills. - Excellent communication, collaboration skills and ability to work in a global team Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in AWS Administration. - A Graduate with AWS certification is required.
