Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Summary: As a Technology Support Engineer, you will be responsible for resolving incidents and problems across multiple business system components to ensure operational stability. You will create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Additionally, you will collaborate with vendors and assist service management teams with issue analysis and resolution. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Collaborate with vendors to analyze and resolve issues. - Assist service management teams with issue analysis and resolution. - Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC). - Update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PostgreSQL Administration. - Strong understanding of database administration principles. - Experience in performance tuning and optimization of PostgreSQL databases. - Knowledge of backup and recovery strategies for PostgreSQL databases. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving database-related issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in PostgreSQL Administration. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
