Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your day will involve overseeing the application development process and ensuring successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications. - Collaborate with team members to ensure project milestones are met. - Provide technical guidance and support to team members. - Identify and address technical issues proactively. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PowerBuilder. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP PowerDesigner. - Strong understanding of database management systems. - Knowledge of software development lifecycle. - Experience in troubleshooting and debugging applications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP PowerBuilder. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
