Your typical day involves overseeing project implementation, utilizing method, tools, training, and assets to ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead project planning and execution - Ensure project milestones are met - Provide guidance and support to team members Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityNow - Strong understanding of identity and access management principles - Experience in implementing security solutions - Knowledge of security frameworks and regulations - Hands-on experience in managing security projects Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityNow - This position is based at our Gurugram office - A Bachelor or college degree in related field or equivalent work experience is required
