Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing solutions to enhance the Workday Core HCM system and ensure its smooth functioning. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Develop and maintain applications using Workday Core HCM and compensation. - Configure and customize Workday Core HCM and compensation modules to meet business requirements. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Design and develop integrations between Workday Core HCM and other systems. - Ensure the quality and performance of the applications through testing and debugging. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Workday Core HCM applications. - Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Workday Core HCM and related technologies. - Train end-users on the usage of Workday Core HCM applications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM, Certification and experience in Workday Core HCM and compensation is a must. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday integrations and reporting. - Strong understanding of Workday Core HCM functionality and business processes. - Experience in configuring and customizing Workday Core HCM modules. - Knowledge of Workday security and data privacy best practices. - Familiarity with Workday reporting and analytics tools. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday Core HCM applications. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday Core HCM and compensation. - Certification and experience in Workday Core HCM and compensation is a must.
